​Q. May an order be placed without an account?
Setting up an account with Allo Tallawah Beauty is beneficial to our clients for several reasons, however it is not necessary for purchase. Please move forward with guest checkout.​
Q. How can I find out about restocks?
If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on the discontinued merchandise. If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.​
Q. How often do you restock merchandise?
Restocks are done on a bi-weekly basis. Various factors may contribute to restocks taking longer.​
Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
All sales are final. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.​
Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?

NOTE: Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.

Returned to Sender​
​Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Allo Tallawah Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!​
Q. What do I do if my package is missing or it shows it has been delivered but I did not receive it?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. once the orders leave our warehouse the package is in the care of USPS. You need to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their guidelines.
If your package shows delivered please wait up to 24 hours to verify delivery before contacting USPS.
To submit a claim with USPS: First step is to call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number to see if they can locate it. If they cannot, then you must fill out a lost package report with USPS. Here is the link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.html.​
